| WIVCO Tool announces a new adjustable point spot-weld removal drill of unique design. It's called "Spot-Eze PRO". It, like its brother "Spot-Eze", is a compound drill, made of "M" series high speed steel, with an adjustable center drill or guide. The "PRO" has a .350 inch or 9 mm cut diameter which is a universal size for spot welds that can be drilled. Its simplified construction allows the user to resharpen it easier than a standard jobber type drill. The adjustable, replaceable center starting and guiding drill allows the main drill body to start quickly and guides the "PRO" in removing the weld in the outer most panel only. Never is pre-punching necessary. The "PRO" just starts and removes the weld in record time. If you do not wish to pre drill the inner panel for later plug welding, the center drill can be shortened to any degree up to the cutting edge of outer drill flute for a no break through removal. This leaves the old saved panel with no holes. The "Spot-Eze PRO" is a true 2000 winner. |
