What it does

The Spot-Eze Pro™ has all the benefits of our standard Spot-Eze:
  • Simple geometry allows it to be resharpened in your own shop
  • Longer tool life for lower cost per weld
  • Complete removal eliminating follow up grinding
In addition it the amount the center drill protrudes is adjustable, allowing the center drill to be set long for sunked spot welds, OR shallow for flat spot welds where no drill through is desired.  This bit is currently available in 0.35" (9mm) by 2" long and is compatible with any drill with a 3/8" chucking capacity.  Spot-Eze Pro™ are not for use with ultra high-strength steel (UHSS/boron).
