What it does
The Spot-Eze™ line of drill bits has a simple cutting geometry that can be resharpened in your own shop using only a bench grinder. This eliminates costly replacement cutters, yielding a longer tool life and lower cost per spot weld. The unique center has special cutting geometry that won't walk off, eliminating the need for a punch. Removal of the spot weld is complete and no follow up grinding is required, eliminating another time consuming step. Bits are available in two different diameters and lengths for your convenience and are compatible with any drill with a 3/8" chucking capacity. Spot-Eze™ are not for use with ultra high-strength steel (UHSS/boron).
